They utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, strengthen the Firm’s brand and market presence, and achieve organizational objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate on various tasks, including:

• Advanced creativity and strategic thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas that align with business objectives.
• Technical proficiency: Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, among others).
• Effective communication: Ability to clearly explain complex concepts, both verbally and in writing.
• Project management: Organize time, resources, and deliverables with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
• Teamwork: Collaborate smoothly with different departments and professional profiles.
• Customer orientation: Understand external needs and expectations to create customized proposals.
• Leadership ability: Guide and motivate the team to achieve common goals.
• Attention to detail: Care for visual and technical aspects to ensure final quality.
• Proven experience in similar roles such as graphic design, industrial design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated track record in projects or proposals won thanks to design contributions.

• Understand the importance of have a correct information management
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
• Correct Information Security Management
