Position Snapshot

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the Marketing team in implementing the brand plan among an international strategy in the Grocery/GDO channel, for the historical FRISKIES brand.

In addition, the candidate will work on LILY’S KITCHEN, a new brand recently launched in the Italian market, contributing to the brand growth.
You will support the team to analyse market and monitor brand performance, to develop and implement communication campaigns and consumer activities and to manage budget spending.

A day in the life of...

  • Brand performance Market analysis with identification of key trends and relevant performances in order to deeply understand Market dynamic
  • Project management including POS materials, digital communication and consumer contests development and implementation
  • Website management in cooperation with ad hoc Digital team
  • Internal meeting preparation and presentation
  • Management (semi-autonomous) of Marketing expenses
  • Work in team with others function of the business to monitor brand performance and generate new opportunities of activation
  • Sell in analysis to monitor brand performance Sell in / sell out analysis to monitor brand performance
  • Activities addressed at alignment with European team
  • Contact with agencies and suppliers
  • Creation of Local Campaigns and localization of Global Campaigns (digital and OOH)

What will make you successful

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Marketing, Economics or equivalent
  • Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Digital skills
  • Passionate about marketing and pets
  • Curious, proactive, and well-organized
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in both Italian&English
