We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, who will be working on a shift of 10:00 -18:00, on a non-fixed contract (one office in Thermi & another in the city centre).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management (VGM/SI & photo materials)

• Handle and register packing lists

• Communicate with suppliers regarding their orders

• Handle customs clearance procedures

• Other administrative tasks that may exist

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Economics, Logistics or a related field

• Excellent knowledge of English language is necessary

• Prior experience in an accounting setting is a plus

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Attention to detail skill

• Problem-solving ability
