Job Description

We are looking for a driven leader who can manage supplier relationships, oversee accessories purchasing activities, guide a small team, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What you will do

  • Negotiate with vendors to meet required delivery dates and resolve escalated execution-horizon issues (expedite/de-expedite)

  • Provide clear visibility of material constraints, supplier delivery changes, and operational bottlenecks to planning teams

  • Lead a team of 2 - 3 members, ensuring effective structure and efficient ways of working

  • Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to identify future supply risks

  • Drive initiatives to improve supplier agility and responsiveness

  • Lead and support projects including Inventory Reduction initiatives.

What you bring

  • First-hand experience in Supply Chain, preferably in materials/supply planning, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management

  • Strong knowledge of supply management and collaboration, inventory management, and procurement

  • Experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw materials and mechanical/electronic components will be an added advantage

  • Hands-on experience with supply planning processes and supplier collaboration tools

  • Familiar with managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvements

  • Team management experience is a must.
