We are looking for a driven leader who can manage supplier relationships, oversee accessories purchasing activities, guide a small team, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Negotiate with vendors to meet required delivery dates and resolve escalated execution-horizon issues (expedite/de-expedite)
Provide clear visibility of material constraints, supplier delivery changes, and operational bottlenecks to planning teams
Lead a team of 2 - 3 members, ensuring effective structure and efficient ways of working
Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to identify future supply risks
Drive initiatives to improve supplier agility and responsiveness
Lead and support projects including Inventory Reduction initiatives.
First-hand experience in Supply Chain, preferably in materials/supply planning, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management
Strong knowledge of supply management and collaboration, inventory management, and procurement
Experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw materials and mechanical/electronic components will be an added advantage
Hands-on experience with supply planning processes and supplier collaboration tools
Familiar with managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvements
Team management experience is a must.
