COMPENSATION RANGE: $60,000-65,000

Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily supply chain activities including purchase order management, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and logistics follow-up, as well as analytics and reporting. This role predominantly supports Northland’s restaurant and hotel brands - Moxies, Denny’s Canada, Sandman Hotel Group, The Sutton Place Hotels, Chop Steakhouse & Bar, Shark Club, and The Tavern Collective. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and escalate risks proactively.
• Support demand planning and forecasting by gathering and validating required data.
• Work with Operations, Culinary, Procurement, and our distribution partners to ensure supply continuity and identify substitutions, if necessary.
• Manage Order Guides to ensure locations have seamless access to the products required to run their day-to-day operations.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain issues such as shipment delays, incorrect quantities, and quality concerns.
• Coordinate smooth product transitions through diligent planning and execution.
• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and reporting (lead times, fill rates, discrepancies).
• Prepare regular reports for review (KPIs, inventory summaries, backorder status).
• Trigger, coordinate, and manage food recall processes, including executing communication protocols, tracking affected items, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Marketing to support business deliverables and objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements that will optimize supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Crunchtime an asset.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process adherence.
