Role Purpose
The Purchasing Specialist supports the Mobility business across Central & Eastern Europe by managing operational procurement and contract activities for services and related categories.
The role focuses on executing sourcing and contracting activities, managing operational contracts, and delivering measurable value through cost optimisation, supplier management, and close cooperation with business stakeholders. The position operates in an international, multi-country environment and contributes directly to business performance and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of operational contracts, including contract execution, amendments, renewals, and day-to-day commercial administration
• Support the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for services and operational spend categories
• Execute sourcing strategies to leverage demand across countries and optimise buying power
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into commercial and contractual solutions
• Support contract negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive commercial terms
• Manage tail-end and operational spend, including one-off purchase orders
• Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies, compliance, and governance requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and value delivery impacting the business bottom line
• Support implementation of regional or framework agreements at local level
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or commercial roles
• Exposure to contract management and supplier negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and suppliers in parallel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of procurement, commercial, and cost principles
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Desirable:
• Experience in services, mobility, fleet, logistics, or operational procurement
• Experience in a regional or international environment
• Understanding of cost modelling, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), or spend analysis
• Experience working in a compliance-driven organisation
What This Role Offers
The salary band for this role is: 102 000 PLN – 152 400 PLN gross annual.
