About the Company
Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer based at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong. They are scaling their Thailand operation across EV, energy storage and industrial-fuse markets, in a Thai–Chinese working environment.
The Purchasing Specialist owns Direct Material Purchasing for the Thailand factory, focusing on metals, steel and plated/coated components, working closely with Chinese-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact qualified suppliers and place purchase orders aligned with each department's production plan, including all documentation.
- Drive localization of raw materials and spare parts.
- Track supplier production progress; respond quickly to material issues and urgent customer needs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance to manage stock levels and ensure smooth payments.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions to secure the best value at agreed quality.
- Evaluate and manage existing suppliers; build long-term relationships.
- Identify and onboard new qualified suppliers, including international sources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related.
- 5+ years' experience in Direct Material Purchasing, including overseas sourcing.
- Experience buying metals, steel or plated/coated components is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of procurement, price comparison, supplier evaluation and selection.
- Strong supplier negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills; able to work under pressure.
- Valid driving licence; comfortable visiting suppliers/partner factories.
- Strong Chinese (listen/speak/read/write) used as a working language.

รับผิดชอบงานจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบโดยตรง (Direct Material Purchasing) เน้นกลุ่มโลหะ เหล็ก และชิ้นส่วนชุบเคลือบผิว ทำงานร่วมกับซัพพลายเออร์ที่สื่อสารภาษาจีนและทีมภายใน
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเพื่อสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบตามแผนของแต่ละแผนก รวมถึงเอกสารและขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ
- ดำเนินการ Localization ของวัตถุดิบและอะไหล่สำหรับการผลิต
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของซัพพลายเออร์ ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาวัตถุดิบและความต้องการเร่งด่วนของลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- ประสานงานกับคลังสินค้าและฝ่ายการเงินเพื่อบริหารสต็อกและการชำระเงิน
- เจรจาต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน และการส่งมอบ เพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่ดีที่สุดในคุณภาพที่กำหนด
- ประเมินและบริหารจัดการซัพพลายเออร์เดิม สร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาว
- คัดเลือกและเปิดความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ Direct Material Purchasing อย่างน้อย 5 ปี รวมถึงการซื้อจากต่างประเทศ
- มีประสบการณ์จัดซื้อโลหะ เหล็ก หรือชิ้นส่วนชุบเคลือบผิว จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความรู้ด้านกระบวนการจัดซื้อ การเปรียบเทียบราคา การคัดเลือกและประเมินซัพพลายเออร์
- ทักษะเจรจาต่อรองที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ใช้ Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) ได้ดี; ระบบ ERP เป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ดี ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ สามารถเดินทางไปพบซัพพลายเออร์/โรงงานคู่ค้าได้
- ทักษะภาษาจีน (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) ระดับใช้เป็นภาษาทำงาน
