Collaboration with internal customers, suppliers, and key business stakeholders to meet material and procurement requirements, ensuring supply continuity, optimizing commercial conditions, and driving value creation for the organization

What You Will Do

  • Proceeding procurement processes in compliance with group policy. Work with stakeholders in terms of purchase needs for materials and services.
  • Price and terms negotiation.
  • Monitoring and analysing markets of strategical materials.
  • Issuing and tracking purchase orders and claims.
  • Material management, direct materials replenishment in accordance with MOQ, LT and safety stock strategy.
  • Analyzing and demand planning.
  • Daily monitoring of inventory levels, material coverage, and shortage risk mitigation.
  • Executing on-time deliveries.
  • Managing customer-to-supplier forecast alignment. Managing and maintaining key procurement parameters, including MOQ, lead times, and other key purchasing parameters.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels and stock structure to ensure material availability, support operational continuity, and minimize excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
  • Reporting within the assigned scope of responsibility. Leading cost-saving projects.
  • Maintaining accurate purchasing SAP master data (MRP1/MRP2, Purchasing, PIR etc.).
  • Continuous improvement mindset; measurable cost and process efficiency gains, enhanced utilization of available tools.
  • Participation in internal and external audits, supporting compliance activities, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participation in the engineering change management process and coordination of related material planning activities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Higher education degree.
  • Experience in a similar procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials planning role.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract management techniques.
  • Knowledge of negotiation strategies and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of replenishment and inventory planning strategies.
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, and business performance monitoring.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Practical knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and take ownership of responsibilities.
