We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our team of talented people in Jacksonville, FL and help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. Come and grow with us!

The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for procuring goods and services to support manufacturing operations. This role collaborates with internal teams and suppliers to ensure materials are sourced and delivered efficiently.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT

• Procure goods and services required to support manufacturing operations.
• Manage supplier relationships and purchasing transactions.
• Source and evaluate products based on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align materials with production schedules.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with suppliers and resolve order issues.
• Track shipments and assist with invoice resolution.

THE VALUE YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of purchasing or materials management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• ERP system experience (Microsoft AX preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
