GETTING A FLYING START

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will responsible for all ESS (Equipment Supply and Services) purchasing & sourcing activities in Nexans Shandong.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Fully responsible for NSD ES&S purchasing & sourcing activities, including equipment, facilities, MRO, packing & transportation, certifications, Marcom, professional services, IT HW/SW/Service, travel & fleet, waste disposal etc.
• Responsible for procurement strategy and supplier management, including supplier procurement, relationships with suppliers, performance evaluation, price management, etc.
• Lead tenders, contracting, negotiation and risk assessment to secure the supply at a reasonable price with good quality in line with Nexans E3 model
• Closely work with PSS (Purchasing Shared Service) team in ES&S procurement;

Maintain close communication between suppliers and key stakeholders to meet business needs

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above

Experience:

Minimum 3 years or more of ESS procurement experience and relevant work experience in ESS procurement, preferably in the cable industry

Skill ：

Good skill in negotiation, communication, analysis, reporting and cross-functional team work

Familiar with ERP systems such as Ariba, Navision, and UFIDA
