General Qualifications
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Preferably Food Engineering),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the sector,
• Knowledgeable about Food Import and operational processes,
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, open to communication,
• Possesses an analytical mindset, investigative and open to innovation,
• Result-oriented, good at time management, detail-oriented,
• Experienced in using any ERP/CRM software related to procurement; proficient in MS Office programs,
• For male candidates: military service must be completed.
• Preparing monthly procurement plans for all required raw materials and packaging materials in line with the annual plan.
• Preparing procurement plans for all domestic and imported products, organizing and monitoring all processes from opening the purchase order to the products' arrival at the warehouse.
• For imported products: organizing import permits, customs procedures, and transportation operations.
• Conducting research to ensure materials are procured under appropriate conditions and desired specifications, and carrying out the purchasing process.
• Managing relationships with all suppliers, especially main suppliers; evaluating them and providing recommendations for supplier changes when necessary.
• Preparing and maintaining contracts with responsible suppliers annually or within determined periods, including quality criteria.
• Carrying out procurement activities in compliance with general commercial regulations and principles.
• Preparing and tracking documentation processes such as contracts, specifications, and periodic price agreements.
• Preparing and presenting necessary reports to senior management.
• Acting in line with the company's procurement strategies and policies; carrying out all procurement activities of the business.
• Having technical knowledge of products, raw materials, and accessories used.
• Conducting market research to develop alternative products or suppliers.
• Ensuring coordination between the procurement department and all related departments.
