Job Description

We are hiring for 2027

At HydraForce, our internship program is designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience while building skills and knowledge unique to our industry. The PUE internship offers exposure to supplier engagement, project management, and ERP systems, with assignments that increase in complexity as proficiency is demonstrated. While employment after graduation is not guaranteed, our goal is to prepare interns to step into entry-level roles with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send out Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and prepare quote comparisons to support supplier selection
  • Assist in the setup of new SKUs within SAP
  • Support and attend supplier technical reviews to gain technical knowledge and strengthen supplier relationships
  • Contribute to project management activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Perform data organization and analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in supplier and material master data updates within ERP systems

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Additional Information

The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
