Purchasing P&T S2C Coordinator
The Purchasing Process & Tools team is responsible for deploying and maintaining Ivalua, Imerys’ Supplier Relationship Management tool, and any other Purchasing-related tools that might be deployed in the future. The Purchasing Process & Tools team is divided into 3 pillars:
Master Data: Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of our Purchasing data (suppliers hierarchy, spends, category, perimeter, …) in Ivalua and between Ivalua and other Imerys reporting tools (e.g., BI tool, ERPs, …) and support any modifications/corrections requested by the Purchasing department.
S2C Buyers & Suppliers Support: Support the Purchasing teams (Plant Purchasing Managers, Regional Category Manager, Global Category Manager) in all the Source to Contracts (S2C) activities done through our purchasing application, Ivalua, with the final objective of making each Purchasing team member autonomous on the usage of the S2C modules; help facilitating suppliers on-boarding into the tool during bidding process.
Project Management Office, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Facilitate any cross-team project, ensure knowledge sharing across the teams; organize projects lifecycle from the beginning to the end and track the deliveries, results, and planning; Guide users through the target processes and highlight/escalate any deviation from the processes as defined by Purchasing.

Your Responsibilities:
The Purchasing Process & Tool Source To Contract Coordinator will manage the following activities, with time allocation shifting based on project demand.
Sourcing & Contract
Develop deep expertise in Imerys’ sourcing methodologies and supporting technologies (Ivalua, Transporeon).
Formalize and document standardized Sourcing processes across all categories (Chemicals, Raw Materials, Capex, Logistics) and regions.
Align diverse sourcing workflows while identifying and managing necessary exceptions.
Design and implement "target" processes to be adopted globally across all sub-departments.
Lead change management and training initiatives to promote the adoption of new sourcing standards.
Provide hands-on support for RFx activities in Ivalua to build user independence, including:
Navigating the bidding module.
Onboarding suppliers and creating price grids.
Finalizing awards within the system.
Drive continuous improvement for the Ivalua Sourcing module, including feature development and SAP integration projects.
Master Data
Audit vendor data to identify and correct inaccuracies in grouping, spend, or categorization.
Enforce de-duplication protocols and monitor the system for redundant supplier entries.
Troubleshoot and resolve supplier integration synchronization errors between Ivalua and SAP.
Collaborate closely with Vendor Master Data (VMD) teams and IT partners to maintain a clean database.
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to provide transparency regarding data health.
Project Management
Lead project in partnership with other stakeholders: Process & Tools team, Purchasing, IT, and Vendor Master Data teams
Commit to timelines, ensure high-quality delivery, and proactively manage risks or delays
Prepare and deliver supporting presentations when required
Qualifications:
Essential
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or Purchasing / Supply Chain
3 years of practical experience either in IT (Source to Pay) or as a Buyer in a Purchasing department
Strong knowledge of Google Suite
Fluent or native English speaker
Fluent in French
Proven track record of delivering projects within a global organization featuring complex stakeholder needs
Desirable
Experience on Procure to Pay process
Experience with SAP
Experience on an SRM tool (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, other)
