Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  1. Simplify the disciplinary responsibility for M/PPS organization and associates in Mexico. Ensure a Professional Project Management, robust application of standards and Purchasing processes. Facilitate an efficient organization (Agile and Lean), Digitization and Automation as Optimization media

    Identify points for improvement and follow up with the corresponding areas to develop and implement plans for continuous improvement processes

Specific Duties

  1. Responsible for administrative services and support to PPx associates based in TlP and SlpP. Responsible for overseeing budgets, allocating resources, managing inventory, and monitoring cost centers effectively, including allocation and oversight of funds for training initiatives and business trips
  2. Serving as the responsible interface between PPx and its business partners across hierarchical levels to ensure professional project administration and fulfill project requirements and business expectations. (LOG, MFE, TEF, PUQ, etc). Support escalations concerning PS Purchasing Topics in the region
  3. Take the lead of implementing a development process to promote a culture of learning and leadership. Ensure organizational certification through BTC and CptM. Foster a purpose-driven leadership culture to achieve autonomy in MX. Responsible for managing the training budget, including allocation and oversight of funds for training initiatives
  4. Lead and coordinate the development of projects defined by M/PPS-MX. Execution on time will represent in efficiency, economic benefits, or performance to our Bosch organization.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Level

Skills:

  1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to present ideas in challenge forums or management meetings
  2. Project management, cost monitoring, strategic planning.
  3. Pro-active, independent, exceptional time-management and organizational skills, problem solving, efficient, dependable, trustworthy, able to prioritize
  4. Detail oriented and data analysis to gather and prepare information for executive presentations with the results and performance of the Business Units
  5. Budget management, resource allocation, inventory management
  6. Communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution.
  7. Project planning, team coordination, performance monitoring.

Knowledge:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, …), manage calendar bookings, prepare, and update spreadsheets calculations, improve design of PowerPoint slides
  • Experience with IT tools (SAP, Power BI, Power automated).
  • Understanding of business models, project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of project requirements, business processes.
  • Understanding of Purchasing processes, collaboration platforms
