In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and execute global and regional sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and demand forecasts
  • Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and category management to optimize total cost of ownership
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving performance through KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and budget expectations
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including dual sourcing, inventory strategies, and contingency planning
  • Drive cost savings initiatives, value engineering, and process improvements across procurement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve procurement performance
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and development
Who You Are:
You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives, and you gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. You make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems, and you anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. You consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances, and you adapt your approach and demeanor in real time to match shifting demands.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working with suppliers in a global environment
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, sourcing platforms)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commitment to ethical sourcing and compliance practices
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience managing complex categories (e.g., direct materials, electronics, mechanical components)
  • Familiarity with cost modeling, should-cost analysis, or value engineering methodologies
  • Exposure to sustainability initiatives and responsible sourcing practices
  • Experience leading cross-functional or multicultural teams
  • Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
