As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless supply chain, sourcing the best ingredients and products while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
π¦ Ordering & Inventory Management
Place purchase orders and ensure timely stock availability
Maintain accurate inventory tracking and warehouse organization
π Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on operational needs.
Negotiate competitive pricing and terms while ensuring quality standards.
π Logistics & Accounting Coordination
Monitor supplier delivery schedules and proactively resolve any delays.
Work closely with the accounting team to facilitate smooth transactions and payments.
π― What Youβll Need
π Experience & Technical Skills
Knowledge of Restaurant Material Control systems is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage inventory data efficiently.
π Soft Skills
Strong negotiation skills, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
