Job Description

The Purchasing Master Data Specialist will be responsible for Purchasing Master Data Management (MDM) processes related to Material Groups (Commodity Codes), Purchasing Groups, Materials Management, SAP Security, Online Document Approval Forms (ODA), Purchasing Help Desk Requests, ensuring MDM processes are both SOX and Internal Audit compliance.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicating and training of processes to Purchasing, and internal customers and suppliers as required
• Interfacing with other Stellantis regions, ICT and the Purchasing customers for process and system corrections/enhancements, and will identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Customer service is an important part of this job and this entails responding to customer requests in a timely manner and training as needed
• Leading the overall project management of testing and developing current and future enhancements related to Purchasing Master Data

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work across all areas in an organization and manage various functions and resources
• Advanced process and data analytical skills
