Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to oversee procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors

• Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost control

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments

• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings

• Resolve supply issues and manage risks effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
