What are we looking for?

We are looking for a committed, organized, and proactive individual to join our Global Procurement team as an intern at our Headquearters in Rivas (Madrid) offices.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate on international projects related to supplier management, product traceability, and the company’s sustainability initiatives, working closely with teams across different countries and business areas.

Mission

You will provide operational support to the Global Procurement team in monitoring traceability and sustainability projects, collaborating with suppliers, external organizations, and internal teams to ensure compliance with established processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the monitoring of traceability initiatives related to the origin of our products and raw materials.
  • Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure the proper flow of required information and documentation.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to traceability and sustainability processes.
  • Participate in the collection, analysis, and maintenance of supplier information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for the department.
  • Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality, Operations, and other international teams.
  • Participate in sustainability and responsible sourcing projects, contributing to their coordination and execution.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of audits and certifications in collaboration with external organizations.
  • Track action plans and improvement initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

You will need

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in sustainability, supplier management, and procurement within the supply chain environment.
  • Minimum B2 level of English (First Certificate or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and project-follow-up skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
