In this role, you will be instrumental in the ADAS Department, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

  Request
  and evaluate quotations
• 
  Prepare
  purchasing documentation, POs, contracts; ensure policy compliance
• 
  Track
  deliveries, verify invoices, maintain procurement/vendor records
• 
  Support
  purchasing planning, cash-flow forecasting, and reporting
• 
  Monitor
  purchasing lifecycle (from "creating POs" to "Paid")
  with transparent documentation

2. Facility Management

• 
  Coordinate
  with vendors for repairs, installations, technical support
• 
  Oversee
  daily operations and facility services in multiple locations
• 
  Support
  layout changes, setup, site arrangements
• 
  Track
  facility-related expenses

• 
  Handle
  purchases for test vehicles and technical modifications
• 
  Manage
  insurance topics
• 
  Oversee
  fleet operations and documentation
•

Requirements

• 
  Solid
  experience in purchasing and fleet management (facility operations
  is a plus)
• 
  Willingness
  to travel for business; a
  driving license (category B) is preferred

  working style, independent execution

  understanding of procurement workflows and compliance
• 
  Ability
  to manage several operational topics in parallel
• 
  Excellent German and English skills
