Your contribution to something big:

  • Lead technical purchasing for new parts and components in Heat Pump development projects, driving Time-To-Market (TTM) processes.
  • Steer technical discussions with suppliers, including on-site visits, and act as key interface between R&D and supply chain partners.
  • Monitor purchasing project milestones and prepare transparent progress reports.
  • Initiate and coordinate preventative quality measures for new components.
  • Drive target costing initiatives: identify savings opportunities, support cost estimation, and track cost developments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and execute supplier awards for new components, ensuring part deliveries align with project schedules.
  • Contribute to innovation feasibility projects.

Requisitos

What distinguishes you?

  • Education: Degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering; additional commercial or business qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: Ideally, 4 years in purchasing, procurement, or engineering, preferably in commercial and project purchasing areas.
  • Know-how: Familiarity with heat pump is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Working style and methods: Structured and analytical; able to manage multiple workstreams; comfortable taking ownership; proactive and apply own initiative, open to occasional business travel.
  • Personality: Collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused and good communicator.
