Job Description

We are seeking a Purchasing Engineer to join our client's team. The role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, including supplier selection, evaluation, and review. This is an onsite position based in Pekan Nanas, Johor, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier management, such as supplier collection, development, qualification review, supplier evaluation, supplier review, etc.
• Material Management, such as raw material management, inventory management, in transit management.
• Purchase order management, including tracking orders, contracts, and arranging the arrival of raw materials and auxiliary materials.
• Procurement Data Analysis and Financial Reconciliation.
• Responsible for customs clearance processing of imported raw materials, equipment, and tooling from China

Key Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Full-time college degree or above, major in international trade, business English & related.
• Min. 3 years of procurement experience and import and export customs declaration experience.
• Able to accept short-term business trips to China for work reporting and training.
• Able to use domestic apps such as WeChat.
