Ensuring the development of the Casais Group's purchasing processes in order to guarantee their effectiveness and efficiency, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values, contributing to the achievement of the strategy and objectives defined for the business.
1) Ensure maintenance of the purchasing process and continuous flow of materials, by choosing the best supplier partners and complying with processes; ensure execution of the bureaucratic process and services for imports and exports of materials;
2) Leading the Technical team, contributing to the optimization of the Group's total direct and indirect costs, helping to improve margins and competitiveness by ensuring compliance with purchasing processes and policies;
3) Leading internal and external negotiations, contributing to the delivery of the Group's needs and projects on time, at the required cost and quality through ethical and transparent processes;
4) Promoting interaction and negotiation between the purchasing/export areas and the client areas, in order to deliver results;
5) Managing the categories for which it is responsible in order to guarantee the Group's long-term sustainability by establishing the correct procurement strategy for each category, ensuring that these commercial transactions have a contract, thus mitigating financial/economic risks for the Group;
