As the Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the plans and management of the received products and storage of all goods received daily. You will ensure a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms with EOS Hospitality, Hawks Cay, and the Florida department of health. As well as initiating purchase orders for equipment, storage items and small wares as requested by the Purchasing Manager. Other duties will include arranging service calls for kitchen equipment and coolers as requested by Purchasing Team
This position is expected to lead by example, embodying the resort’s service culture while developing a highly engaged team and upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest experience.
