🌟 Your Role

As a Quality Control & Production Assistant, you will help us make sure our leather products meet our quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 🔍 Inspecting leather products and checking their quality.
• 🏭 Visiting leather tanneries and production facilities for quality-control checks.
• 🤝 Communicating with local producers, suppliers, and our international team.
• 💬 Communicating confidently and politely in English.
• 📊 Using Google Sheets to record inspections, findings, and other important information.
• ✈️ Travelling to production locations when required.
• 📝 Learning our quality standards and following inspection procedures.

🎓 No Experience? No Problem!

We are looking for someone who is curious, energetic, responsible, and willing to learn. You don't need to know everything from day one — we will provide training and guidance.

What we're looking for

• Must be based in Sialkot or Lahore, Pakistan.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
• Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
• A friendly, dynamic, and adaptable personality.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to interact with different people.
• Ability to understand training and follow instructions carefully.
• Open-minded attitude toward feedback and learning.
• Polite, confident, and professional communication style.
• Comfortable with travelling for work when needed.
• Able to remain calm and professional during discussions and negotiations.
• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets is helpful, but willingness to learn is what matters most.
