Tasks / Responsibilities (To include, but not limited to):

  • Responsible for processing customer return requests
  • Responsible for inventory return regarding damaged or defective parts
  • Process acknowledgements, verifying part #, address, ship method, and price
  • Notify production or CSR with any late notifications
  • Set up Vendor/Suppliers for purchasing
  • Price and part number corrections
  • Review open order reports
  • Follow up on supplier surveys
  • Purchase supplies for both CCI and CES (which include tools/office supplies)
  • RFQ for both CCI and CES to maximize best pricing
  • Assist sales management with activities and planning
  • Back up to phones
  • Assist with sales lead processing

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, adaptable, positive
  • Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite

Environmental/Physical Requirements:

Office/Sedentary Requirements – Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work

is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of

time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require

the ability to lift up to 10 pounds

Preferred Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
