Supplier Superstar: You'll be the go-to person for our suppliers, managing deliveries, resolving issues (no leaks allowed!), and building Customer Purchase Orders (CPOs).
Inventory Maestro: Keep our stock levels in tip-top condition! Update ETAs, chase suppliers for crucial information, and resolve any discrepancies with the grace of a seasoned plumber.
Order Oracle: You'll ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly, using dispatch notifications, emails, and supplier confirmations.
Financial Fixer: Support our accounts team by tackling invoice errors and credit queries. You’ll be the sealant that keeps our finances watertight.
Communication Champion: Be the friendly voice and helpful email responder for our Customer Service, Trade, and Resolutions teams. You’ll be the plumb line for information!
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: You’ll tackle delivery errors and keep our reports as clean as a freshly scrubbed bathtub.
