Purchasing Analyst

The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day local operational support for Bull Romania, combining procurement coordination with office operations, facility support, logistics, employee services, and local administrative activities.

This role goes beyond transactional purchasing and acts as a key local operational point of contact for procurement processes, vendor coordination, office administration, facility management support, reception activities, logistics, housing coordination, asset administration, and local security/facility compliance support.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining business continuity, workplace functionality, and efficient local operations for the Timisoara site.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities, including purchase request coordination, supplier follow-up, order tracking, and procurement documentation.
  • Act as the local operational point of contact for the Timisoara office, ensuring smooth daily workplace operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, shipments, and on-site deliveries.
  • Provide reception and front-office support, including visitor registration and temporary access badge handling.
  • Coordinate local stockroom/storage administration (IT equipment, office supplies, promotional materials, operational items).
  • Support asset-related administrative processes, including transfer documentation, inventory coordination, and employee offboarding forms.
  • Coordinate with building management and maintenance/service providers for facility-related operational issues.
  • Support office services and vendor coordination to ensure workplace readiness.
  • Provide logistics and administrative support related to employee operational needs, including housing/accommodation coordination where applicable.
  • Act as local contact for physical security-related matters, access processes, and emergency/evacuation coordination.
  • Support local compliance and operational security walkthrough activities.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure business continuity for the site.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement operations, office administration, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or similar roles.
  • Good understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers/vendors and operational service providers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • English and Romanian – mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement/ERP tools.
  • Educational background in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience in facility management or workplace operations.
  • Experience with logistics, shipping, or inventory coordination.
  • Experience supporting travel or housing/accommodation processes.
  • Familiarity with physical security or office safety processes.
  • Experience in an international corporate environment
