Responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services, and managing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and audit suppliers of consumables for the Mill.
• Monitor inventories and forecast upcoming levels of demand to ensure steady and healthy flows.
• Analyze markets to assess and manage risks and opportunities.
• Work with operations to address any quality and delivery issues with suppliers.
• Assist accounting in monthly inventory audits.
• Assist operating departments with tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• 5 – 8 Years of relevant work experience
• Relevant core competencies required: Effective negotiator, organized, project management and multi-tasking, applying practical analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional and proven verbal and written communication skills, with all levels of management.
