Job Description

La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Agent to join our team. This position plays a key part in supporting our daily operations through efficient purchasing processes and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies

• Source products and services, request quotations, and communicate with suppliers

• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate closely with the receiving team

• Assist and support the Purchasing Manager with daily operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement-related role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience with purchasing systems is a strong advantage

• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
