Purchasing Administrator

This role will play a key part in managing procurement processes, ensuring timely supply of materials, and supporting the smooth operation of the business. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate and manage the procurement of goods, materials, and supplies required for operations.

• 
  Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

• 
  Prepare and maintain purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.

• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to forecast requirements and manage budget allocations.

• 
  Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• 
  Assist in vendor negotiations and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.

• 
  Track shipments and deliveries, addressing discrepancies or delays as needed.

• 
  Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• 
  Provide regular reports on procurement activities, inventory, and supplier performance

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

• 
  Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management is an advantage.

• 
  Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

• 
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• 
  Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• 
  Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor relations.

• 
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  Must be a UAE- Local eligible to work in Abu Dhabi.
