Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on experience in sourcing and purchasing server both active/passive components.
  2. Plan and execute purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  3. Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including management of slow-moving and excess stock.
  4. Drive cost-reduction initiatives and negotiate pricing with suppliers to achieve competitive costs.
  5. Analyze demand forecasts and align inventory and procurement planning accordingly.
  6. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity and favorable commercial terms.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve order execution and inventory management processes.
  8. Proactively resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and deliveries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in purchasing computer-related components is preferred.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Effective time management and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines and shift priorities.
