
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Purchase Specialist for our Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) electronic tolling business. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and purchasing MLFF hardware, software, installation services and operation & maintenance (O&M) services – including ANPR cameras, RFID/FASTag readers, vehicle classification sensors, gantry structures, roadside and data-centre IT infrastructure, and connectivity – for highway tolling projects with NHAI/IHMCL and other authorities.
You will work closely with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project, engineering, quality and finance teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of compliant, high-quality equipment and services within project budgets and schedules.
You will also be responsible for building a reliable supplier and subcontractor network for MLFF deployment and O&M across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project procurement for electronic toll collection (ETC), Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) or infrastructure projects, excellent negotiation and contracting skills, and a good understanding of MLFF technologies and tender (RFP) requirements.
