Nobia - a leading European kitchen specialist listed on Nasdaq Stockholm - is looking for a Purchase Planning Assistant to join our Purchase Planning team in Ølgod. You will join a team that works closely together to ensure the flow of materials to our production. You will be a part of a Purchase Planning team consisting of 5 purchase planners.

Scope of the Role
As a Purchase Planning Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring the flow of materials into our production. You are responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels by planning purchase orders and proactively monitoring supplier performance and delivery capabilities.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization, including Production, Goods Receiving, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Support.
Your key responsibilities include:
Planning inventory optimization and material procurement with a focus on total cost and service levels.
Planning and creating purchase orders in accordance with agreed procedures and supplier agreements.
Coordinating detailed delivery schedules to ensure an optimized material supply.
Working closely with both the local and regional logistics organizations.
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in material procurement.
Supporting the development of supplier relationships together with our Strategic Procurement organization.
Proactively following up on supplier performance to ensure agreed delivery targets are met.
Your primary workplace will be at our office in Ølgod.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience from a manufacturing environment, where you have worked with planning or coordination. You have a solid understanding of planning processes from both an operational and ERP system perspective. Experience with material planning or purchasing planning is an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you are a collaborative team player who builds trust and strong relationships while also being confident in setting expectations and challenging when needed. As much of our communication takes place in English, it is essential that you are fluent in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
