Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Officer – IT Hardware to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT hardware, managing vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely procurement while optimizing purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Source and procure IT hardware from reliable vendors.
• 
  Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• 
  Manage purchase orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• 
  Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve procurement-related issues.
• 
  Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• 
  Improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred).
• 
  1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• 
  Experience in IT Hardware, E-Commerce, or Logistics & Supply Chain is preferred.
• 
  Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• 
  Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
