Procurement Related
Sourcing & procurement of Buyout products related to Field Instruments as well as Testing & measurement Instrumentslike Transmitters , Flowmeters , controllers , Recorders, Test Benches and Test bench related equipments .
Co -Ordination with User team to understand the requirements before negotiation.
Commercial Negotiations
Finalisation of Vendors
Vendor Evaluation
Vendor Registration
PA/PO process
Post Po activities likeco- ordination for document approval Inspection/ Dispatch clearance / GR / Payment Process
Annual Rate Agreementpreperation
Annual Vendor Performance Evaluation.
Compliance
QHSE Related
Preperation / modifyingof Quality and HSEProceduresas per the business requirement.
Maintaining QHSEdataand publish monthly in QHSE portal ( Quality indices)
Issuing ,monitoring & closure ofCAR (Corrective Action reports) forvendors thru proper RCA.
Co-ordinating with Internal and External Auditing teams.
Providing awareness for PCM (product Compliance Management) and PLRS (Product Laws and Regulations for each country) to followduring procurement
