Job Description

Square Peg Associates are currently recruiting for a part time purchase ledger clerk, to work over 4 or 5 days – approximately 5 hours a day. (25 hours a week). The time are really flexible to work around your commitments.
Salary – negotiable circa 26 – 28k per annum (Pro Rata)

Location - Rawtenstall

Free Parking & Company Pension

Key Duties:
Processing of accounts payable invoices
Matching up with orders
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparing and raising supplier payments

Ensuring that approved payments are made within agreed terms

Strong customer service, effective communication with suppliers

Moth end reconciliations

Sage user

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will have a strong background in AP / purchase ledger. You will have experience and understanding of the full process and be adaptable to change.
