Your Role:

We are looking for a Purchase Lead to provide leadership and direction to the purchasing organization, ensuring supply continuity, supplier performance, and effective execution across the procurement team.

Our Team:

You will lead and collaborate with Buyers, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to support customer fulfillment and long-term business value.

What You Will Do:

• Lead purchasing priorities across the organization
• Manage supply risks, shortages, and recovery activities
• Coach and develop purchasing team members
• Support supplier relationship management and escalation processes
• Ensure purchasing transactions and commitments are accurately maintained
• Drive cross-functional alignment on material priorities
• Promote strategic sourcing and cost stewardship
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing organization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
• Conversational English
• Experience managing suppliers and cross-functional teams
• SAP or ERP experience

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience leading procurement organizations within the automotive electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management
