Process purchase requisitions and obtain competitive quotations.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and issue purchase orders as per approved policies.
Coordinate with stores and receiving to ensure accurate delivery and documentation.
Maintain updated supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.
Monitor market trends to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and brand procurement guidelines
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
