Job Description:
To source, negotiate and purchase accessories (tools & machinery) from identified and reliable sources, local and overseas.To create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.Received/ Check Material Request List if the material is necessary.Issue Purchase order, Follow-up Delivery, Check Delivery Order.Make summary of order for monthly closing and key in purchasing system.To manage, update and keep track of inventory balance and tools & machinery sent to site use.Liaise with Project Manager, Production & Site team for material order and delivery.Any other ad-hoc work assign by superior/ management.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least GCE O€ Level.Experience in procurement of accessories (eg: small construction tools & machinery) preferred but not a must.Preferably those with knowing on purchasing practice and construction industryFamiliar with Microsoft Office and MYOBAble to work independently and as a team
