Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Procurement Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in procurement? Join Ali & Sons – Corporate Division in Abu Dhabi and support our purchasing team in managing orders, suppliers, documentation, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and send them to suppliers and departments.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, specifications, deliveries, and payment terms.
• Check invoices and receiving reports to ensure quantities and prices match purchase orders.
• Follow up on deliveries and procurement schedules.
• Support vendor communication and resolve routine discrepancies.
• Assist with CAPO, change orders, bid requests, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor market prices, product availability, and supplier information.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Purchase Officer.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: University Degree in Business Administration
• Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
• Software: Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
