Join Ali & Sons as a Purchase Coordinator, supporting the Purchase Officer in managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and process purchase orders and send them to suppliers and departments.

· Obtain supplier prices, specifications, and delivery information.

· Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Check invoices and receiving reports against purchase orders.

· Review prices and payment terms and resolve discrepancies.

· Maintain strong relationships with vendors and freight partners.

· Process CAPO, change orders, bid requests, and other procurement documents.

· Support the Purchase Officer and Head of Purchase Section with daily administrative duties.

Role Purpose:

To support smooth and efficient procurement operations by coordinating purchase orders, suppliers, deliveries, documentation, and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: 1–3 years in a similar procurement role.

· Education: University Degree in Business Administration.

· Languages: Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

· Software: Proficiency in MS Office.

· Skills: Strong communication, organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
