Harlingen Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join and help grow its pulmonary and critical care service line. This position offers a balanced mix of ICU coverage and pulmonary medicine in a supportive, community-based hospital setting.

• Provide inpatient critical care services, including ICU coverage• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pulmonary conditions• Perform pulmonary and critical care procedures consistent with training• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, surgeons, emergency medicine, and specialty teams• Participate in call rotation as assigned• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
