Job Description

3 week program - July 6, 2026 - July 24, 2026. Explore, Learn, and Grow! Immerse yourself in real-world experience alongside your peers. Spend 1-2 days in various departments at Pulama Lanai, discovering different operations and career paths.

Compensation:

$16.00/hour (non-exempt)

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to: Internship Program Leaders

Supervises: n/a

Qualification/Requirements:
  • Requires relating to people in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Requires working to the established procedures and maintaining reliable work attendance.
  • Requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to create effective working relationships with employees.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
Required Work Cards/Certifications:
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
