For participants, the program provides a structured training, build both technical and soft skills, and become familiar with JPMorganChase culture.

In Chile, Drive the Future opportunities are available to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months Participants are hired for up to 18 months, starting with a 6-month contract that may be renewed subject to performance and business needs.

Job Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency
• Full-time, in-person availability
• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results-driven, “can-do” attitude with a focus on execution and delivery
• Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
• Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
• Strong data skills, including the ability to work with and interpret datasets to support decision-making
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, with sound judgment and appropriate use guidelines
