This role sits at the intersection of production, publishing strategy, and game development, supporting the successful delivery of multiple titles from early concept through launch and live operations. You will work within a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with product, brand, and external development partners to ensure games are delivered with the right balance of creative vision, commercial goals, and production feasibility. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-moving, requiring strong coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders. You will play a key role in aligning priorities, managing trade-offs, and ensuring projects remain on track in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. With a strong focus on the LatAm region, this position also emphasizes local market understanding and relationship-building within regional networks. It is a role for someone who thrives in both strategic oversight and hands-on production problem-solving.

You will be responsible for overseeing production processes across multiple game titles while ensuring alignment between creative direction, publishing strategy, and delivery execution.

• Provide production oversight and guidance across multiple titles within the publishing portfolio
• Ensure alignment between content, features, and product vision while balancing creative ambition with production realities
• Support end-to-end planning across development cycles, from early concept through launch and post-launch phases
• Lead discussions on scope, timeline, quality, and resource trade-offs in collaboration with development teams
• Evaluate project feasibility in relation to financial, operational, and strategic publishing goals
• Collaborate closely with external developers to ensure realistic planning, risk mitigation, and smooth execution
• Drive cross-functional communication between internal teams including product, brand, platform, and player experience functions
• Ensure consistent delivery standards and alignment across all stages of the publishing pipeline

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong production experience in game publishing, combined with excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Proven experience shipping multiple game titles in a production or publishing role with significant ownership
• Strong understanding of production workflows, project planning, and risk management in game development environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with developers and internal teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business objectives and creative direction
• Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines such as product, brand, QA, and platform teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort managing complexity in fast-moving environments
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external development partners
• Experience working within publishing pipelines or multi-title portfolios is highly valuable
