We are seeking a passionate and culturally-immersed Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in executing hyper-localized marketing strategies, managing our regional social media presence, and serving as the bridge between our brand and the vibrant Thai MOBA community. The ideal candidate is a marketing professional, a MOBA enthusiast, and a local expert all in one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Local Marketing Execution:
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to lead the on-the-ground execution of key regional marketing campaigns and community-driven events.
- Manage and oversee local offline shooting productions.
- Handle end-to-end communication with local KOLs, track content delivery, and ensure timely go-live.
- Repurpose KOL-collaborated content for secondary distribution to maximize campaign impact.
- Social Media & Community Management:
- Take full ownership of our official regional social media channels.
- Drive fan growth and enhance user engagement by publishing locally insightful content and interactive campaigns.
- Actively collect player feedback, manage community interactions, and respond to comments to foster a positive community environment.
- Local Insight & Strategy:
- Provide valuable local market intelligence on user sentiment and the MOBA landscape to help refine and optimize marketing strategies during the planning phase.
- Crisis Management Support:
- Monitor and provide agile feedback on local public opinion and core MOBA community trends.
- Assist in establishing and improving the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for regional crisis communication and response.QualificationsRequirements:
- Native fluency in Thai, with professional working proficiency in English for daily business communication.
- A genuine passion for MOBA mobile games, with a deep understanding of core gameplay mechanics and the regional MOBA community's mindset and preferences.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing, community management, or e-sports, specifically within the MOBA mobile game industry.
- Excellent external collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate and integrate local resources effectively.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to translate local insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
