Job Description

What you will do:

  • Conduct negotiations and bring on board Tier 2 publishers in the US
  • Negotiate the potential terms of partnership on a different position level, establish good business connections with potential clients, participate in a real-time meeting and discuss different models of business scenarios with the publishers, close deals with publishers on attractive terms for the company, and use different sales approaches
  • Closely collaborate with other related departments and teams, including the Publisher Success team and Demand Sales team

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech (Publisher growth and/or acquisition preferred)
  • Ability to use HubSpot and perform massive outreach
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and outreach tools
  • Experience with outreach to publishers and setting up meetings
  • Good understanding of publisher needs (monetization, engagement, UX, insights), also understanding of ‘below the article’ strategy
  • Strong network with publishers and ability to negotiate complex deals

Will be a plus

  • Programmatic media and native ads. knowledge
  • Track record of excellent performance in B2B sales

What we offer:

Base salary $65,000–$90,000

This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus, health insurance, and paid time off.
