About the Role

Our client is looking for a Publisher who will perform as a passionate media leader to drive content strategy in print, digital, and on-ground channels. You'll create innovative campaigns, lead high-performing teams, and position our brands as industry leaders. This is your chance to be the mastermind behind Thailand's most exciting luxury and lifestyle publications!

Responsibilities

• Lead the content strategy across print, digital, and on-ground channels.
• Create major editorial campaigns and IPs
• Position publishing brands as trendsetters and innovation leaders in their segments.
• Develop standards, workflows, and best practices to optimize content sourcing and production costs.
• Maintain a solid understanding of digital media, including SEO, AdOps, and technology.
• Act as the face and host of the ticketed event
• Help sales teams in closing deals through leveraging a strong network and developing unique concepts.
• Understand and fulfill client strategies and expectations in a cost-efficient manner.
• Manage P&Ls for products, projects, and the entire Thailand entity.
• Oversee editorial and marketing teams, ensure cost-efficient production, and collaborate with local and regional teams for optimized operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years as Editor in Chief or publisher of a lifestyle or luxury publication.
• Successful track-record of launching new products or IPs in Thailand.

• Strong knowledge of the media space in Thailand and beyond.

• Highly creative mindset but ready to integrate into our culture.
• High level of energy, dedication, and motivation to scale.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including hiring, training and mentoring team members.
• Resourceful and innovative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership-oriented mindset.
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
• Ability to maintain a strategic vision while diving into the details of coordinating multiple projects.
• Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Charismatic and great speaker in English and Thai.
