As a Public Space Attendant, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a polished, welcoming environment for Omni associates, executives, and visitors. You’ll take pride in keeping lobbies, meeting spaces, executive offices, the fitness center, and other public areas looking their best throughout the day. From maintaining a spotless guest entrance to laundering and restocking fitness center towels, your attention to detail helps create the exceptional environment and high level of service that defines the Omni experience.

Essential Functions

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all assigned public and associate areas throughout the day.
• Service and maintain lobbies, guest entrances, meeting spaces, restrooms, executive offices, fitness center areas, and designated outside grounds.
• Maintain the main guest entrance and meeting spaces to a consistently high standard of appearance.
• Perform daily laundering of fitness center locker room towels, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels.
• Monitor supplies and ensure assigned areas are properly stocked throughout the day.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other property conditions requiring attention.
• Open and close work requests in Synergy as needed.
• Follow all applicable OSHA, safety, sanitation, and Omni Hotels & Resorts standards and procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with guests, associates, executives, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facilities, public space maintenance, janitorial services, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of service and professionalism in a 4-Diamond hospitality environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with Management and other departments on special projects.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
• Ability to communicate maintenance concerns and other property issues effectively.
• Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods and throughout an entire work shift.
